Ahmet UÇAR was born in 1981. He took middle and high school education in Ankara. After graduating from Financial High School he attended the Ankara University Law Faculty. He is still taking postgraduate eduacation at METU.

     He has been working for Financial Ministry for many years at various positions. He is a good computer operator and can speak English, Turkish and Arabic.
